What’s the application of 4-Methylmorpholine ?

In the polyurethane industry, N-methyl morpholine is used as a catalyst for polyester type polyurethane flexible block foam, N-methyl morpholine is mainly used as a solvent (excellent solvent for dyestuff, casein, wax, and gum), extractant, stabilizer of HCFC, analytical reagent, catalyst, corrosion inhibitor, N-methyl morpholine is also used in the synthesis of rubber accelerator and other fine chemicals, N-methyl morpholine is also used as a catalyst for polyurethane, catalyst for the synthesis of amino benzyl penicillin and hydroxy benzyl penicillin. N-methyl morpholine can be synthesized by oxidation with hydrogen peroxide, and is the spinning solvent of Lyocell (commonly known as Tencel) and Newell man-made fiber filaments, which are called “green fiber”, and can also be used as a solvent for the production of vegetable enteric coating.
