Glyphosate Granule CAS# 1071-83-6

Glyphosate is a non-selective, residue-free inactivating herbicide that is very effective against perennial root weeds and is widely used in rubber, mulberry, tea, orchards, and sugarcane fields. It mainly inhibits the phenylpyruvate phosphate synthase in plants, thus inhibiting the conversion of mangiferin to phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan, which interferes with protein synthesis and leads to plant death. Glyphosate is absorbed through stems and leaves and then transmitted to all parts of the plant, and can prevent and control over 40 families of plants, including monocotyledons and dicotyledons, annuals and perennials, herbs, and shrubs. Glyphosate loses its activity by combining with metal ions such as iron and aluminum soon after entering the soil.

It can prevent weeds in apple orchard, peach orchard, vineyard, pear orchard, tea orchard, mulberry orchard, and farmland recreation areas, as well as annual weeds such as barnyard grass, brushwork, bullwort, mating, cereus, quinoa, witch hazel, and pigweed.
