It is an organic oil with the chemical formula C17H33CO2Na, sodium acid is the main component of soaps made from olive oil, etc., and also of tallow soap, and can also be made by reacting sodium hydroxide with oleic acid. It is a compound composed of two parts: hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, with excellent emulsifying power, penetrating power and detergency, good solubility in hot water, used as an anionic surfactant and fabric water repellent.

1、The main component of soap made from olive oil, etc., and also the main component of tallow soap.

2、Used as food being film agent, such as fruit, vegetable surface filming, can be used with ethylene oxide, high boron fatty alcohol.

3, mineral processing, fabric waterproof.

4、Can be used as corrosion inhibitors for aluminum and its alloys, iron, copper, and other metals applied in neutral or acidic solutions.

5、Used as anionic surfactant and fabric waterproofing agent.
