Used in the water system of recycling industry, cutting oil, non-protein gum and slurry to inhibit bacterial reproduction. Intermediate of drug retardant amine. Oral LD50 is 1900mg/kg for rats and 1900mg/kg for mice. obtained by condensation of nitromethane and formaldehyde under alkaline conditions. Raw material consumption (kg/t) nitromethane (≥95%) 634 formaldehyde (≥30%) 2120.
