1, for the preparation of surfactants, mineral flotation agents, dodecyl quaternary ammonium salts, fungicides, pesticides, emulsifiers, detergents, etc.
Organic synthetic intermediates for the production of textiles and rubber additives. Dodecylamine produce
Ammonia gas is reacted with lauric acid as raw material in the presence of catalyst silica gel, and the product is washed, dried and rectified under reduced pressure to obtain lauronitrile.
Hydrogenation of lauronitrile under active nickel catalysis can be reduced to dodecylamine. Add lauryl nitrile to the autoclave, then add an appropriate amount of active nickel, and replace the indoor air with nitrogen.
Heat to 80 ° C with stirring, recharge the hydrogen repeatedly until it is no longer absorbed, and keep warm for 3 hours. Cool and distill the resulting crude product under reduced pressure to obtain dodecylamine.
