L-Rhamnose Chemical properties
White crystalline powder. Melting point 250℃, easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol. Acesulfame is needle-like crystals with a melting point of 123.5°C.
L-Rhamnose Usage
When Acesulfame is used alone, the beverage can get a satisfactory sweetness as long as it contains 800~1000mg/L or less. Because it contains no calories and does not participate in human metabolism, it is especially suitable for diabetics and people who need low-energy healthy food.
