PENTAERYTHRITOL TETRABENZOATE Usage
1.Pentaerythritol tetraphenyl ester is a kind of non-o-benzene solid plasticizer, which can be used as processing aid of PVC instead of ACR (acrylic ester modifier) to increase unit output and reduce cost significantly.
2.As a solid plasticizer of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), pentaerythritol tetraphenyl ester has comprehensive properties and can be used as processing aid to improve calendering coiling property and obtain better thermal stability.
3.High temperature organic solvents and additives for polymer materials are widely used as plasticizers, mold release agents, antistatic agents for surface coatings of electronic materials, soldering aids for electronic materials, binders for thermal inkjet and assistants for liquid crystal materials.
4.Because of its excellent thermal stability, it has good lubrication effect for extrusion and injection of PC, PET, PBT, PC alloy, PPO, PPS and other thermoplastic engineering plastics.
5.It has excellent dispersion effect in PC, PET, PBT, PC/ABS, PPS masterbatch.
