This product is an aqueous solution of tetraallyl ammonium chloride, which can be miscible with water at any ratio, and the product has no pungent odor. This product is a new type of ethylenic monomer crosslinker, and it is an excellent water-soluble cationic crosslinker. It can be copolymerized with other acrylic monomers to prepare acrylic resin dry strength and moisturizing agent with higher binding activity. As a crosslinking monomer in a coating agent, the water resistance and solvent resistance of film formation can be improved.
